Director - Data Science

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Data Science to lead and grow our client's data science consulting practice in Riyadh.

What You’ll Do:
-Lead and manage the data science team, ensuring high-quality delivery and growth of capabilities.
-Develop and implement data science strategies for key clients, delivering impactful solutions across industries.
-Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, advising on complex data-driven decisions and helping clients leverage advanced analytics.
-Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality results for clients.
-Manage and build strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
-Set the vision and strategic direction for the data science practice, driving innovation and excellence across projects.
-Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them grow in their careers and build expertise in data science.

What You’ll Need:
-Extensive experience in data science consulting, with a strong portfolio of successful client engagements.
-Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics.
-Proven ability to manage and lead teams, including mentoring and developing talent.
-Deep knowledge of data science tools (Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
-Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results and business growth.
-Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proven experience in building and managing client relationships, with a focus on delivering strategic value.
