Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Digital UX team, ensuring the successful delivery of the Digital Transformation initiative.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and implement user experience strategies.

• Oversee the development and enhancement of user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Work closely with the technology and data teams to integrate UX design principles into the overall Digital Transformation program.

• Provide strategic guidance on UX best practices, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Contribute to the successful execution of the data warehouse revamp and other key components of the project.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing UX design in large-scale Digital Transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of the airline industry, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital initiatives.

• Familiarity with technology stacks including Azure, Angular, Amadeus, Google & Azure AI capabilities, Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake, and Genesis.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.

• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced consultancy environment.

• Arabic Speaking is essential

• Proven experience working for Airline clients
