Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion through performance marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and content marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of MIS/data analysis.
