This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Development Chef to be part of a huge food manufacturing investment project.

You’ll be developing innovative chilled food product ranges, at a brand new, state of the art manufacturing facility. This well-resourced established local business has massive growth plans, bringing new product categories to the region. You’ll be joining a talented global NPD team, bringing your expertise from the UK chilled food manufacturing sector.

You’ll be working on NPD projects from concept to launch. It’s a hands-on role creating recipes in the development kitchen and working closely with manufacturing colleagues to ensure successful factory scale up to launch. You’ll be using your knowledge of culinary trends and world cuisines to create delicious concepts that will appeal to consumers in the region.

To succeed in the role, you’ll need a strong culinary background and experience working as a Development Chef in chilled food manufacturing. Ideally, you’ll have developed products across a range of added-value chilled categories.
