Dental Laboratory Manager

Description:

 Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the dental laboratory operations

- Supervise and lead a team of around 15 lab technicians, providing guidance and support

- Ensure compliance with dental laboratory regulations and standards

- Collaborate with dentists, customers. and other team members to develop treatment plans

- Manage the procurement and inventory of dental materials and equipment

- Conduct quality control checks and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of dental products

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques

- Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the dental laboratory

- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the team

 Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Dental Lab Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of dental laboratory procedures and techniques

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control

- Proficiency in dental laboratory software and technology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

- Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or a related field (preferred)
