We are seeking a Data Science Instructor who will be responsible for creating and conducting data science training courses for diverse audiences. The successful candidate should have a strong foundation in data science, including expertise in statistics, machine learning, programming, and data visualization. Additionally, experience in training and development is highly desirable.”
Responsibilities:
- Develop curriculum, syllabus, and lesson plans that align with industry standards and current trends.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide hands-on exercises to students.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Possess a strong ability to lead a classroom and create an interactive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data science.
- Strong understanding of data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, Python.
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) Modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all team members.
- Experience with a variety of data science tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
