Cybersecurity Business Analyst

Description:

As a Cybersecurity Business Analyst (Manager), you will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and implementing cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's infrastructure and data assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security gaps, evaluate risks, and implement strategies to mitigate potential threats. Additionally, you will conduct security audits, develop security policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for improving the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.

Required Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Familiarity with security technologies and tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, antivirus)
• Experience in conducting security assessments and audits
• Ability to identify and analyze security risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
