Your Daily Hustle:

  • Support the team in enhancing customer/guest experience processes.
  • Contribute to resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from customers/guests and prospects to improve our offerings and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.

Your Expertise:

  • 3/4th year student or fresh graduate.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with guests at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and problem-solver.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
