We are looking for a dedicated Patient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to patients, ensuring a positive experience during their treatment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Address patient inquiries and provide necessary information about available services and treatments.
  • Follow up on patient appointments and ensure their adherence to schedules.
  • Handle complaints and issues professionally and effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including updating medical records.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Provide accurate information about policies and procedures related to healthcare services.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
