A major and leading development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking Customer Service Agents to join their dynamic team.

 

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences within the prestigious Riyadh Development Project. You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and stakeholders, delivering unparalleled service and support in alignment with our organization's standards and values.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Frontline Support: Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents, visitors, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Information Dissemination: Offer accurate information including amenities, services, events, and community initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between residents, visitors, management, and various departments within the organization, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Visitor Management: Manage visitor access and permissions within the development, adhering to security protocols and procedures to maintain safety and confidentiality.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents and stakeholders through proactive engagement initiatives.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
