Job Description

Customer Journey Analyst will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience across all touchpoints of the customer journey.

This may include conducting market research, analyzing data from customer interactions and feedback, and working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement. The Customer Journey Analyst is also responsible for communicating customer insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and actionable way. Some specific responsibilities may include:

  • Defining and implementing a strategy for understanding and improving the customer journey
  • Collecting and analyzing data from a variety of sources, including customer surveys, focus groups, and customer service interactions
  • Identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey
  • Working with cross-functional teams to prioritize improvements based on customer insights
  • Communicating customer insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management
  • Collaborating with external partners and vendors to gather additional customer insights
  • Leading or participating in customer experience improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a Relevant field.
  • +2 yrs of experience in business process mapping experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies.
