Required Qualifications

  • Country Go-To-Market design & execution
    • Manage Saudi Arabia Pre-sale Organization
    • Co-own pipeline generation and execution process with sales leadership to provide sufficient pipeline cover and diversity to deliver a robust business and achieve sales goals
    • Orchestrate pre-sales support, demand management and deal qualification together with Sales and Alliances team
    • Ensure adoption of leading practices from regional forums and represent the local geo in those forums
    • Provide a frontline market presence for message amplification
    • Develop and maintain key relationships with C-level customer executives
    • Ensure the appropriate skills are available and are utilized effectively within the broader matrixed presale team to support sales goal
    • Collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Experience in multiplying the efforts of a team and fostering an environment of creativity and innovation
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and concise manner
    • Background in pre-sales
    • Experience in pipeline management and sales goal attainment
