Responsibilities
- Define, champion, and implement the company’s culture, ensuring alignment with our core values and strategic objectives.
- Develop initiatives and programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and measure cultural health through surveys, feedback, and other data-driven methods.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify and address areas of improvement to boost overall employee morale.
- Identify training and development needs, including leadership development, and design programs accordingly.
- Support performance management processes to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
- A deep understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills ( Arabic & English) .
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent organizational skills.
