About the job

Responsibilities

  • Define, champion, and implement the company’s culture, ensuring alignment with our core values and strategic objectives.
  • Develop initiatives and programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and measure cultural health through surveys, feedback, and other data-driven methods.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify and address areas of improvement to boost overall employee morale.
  • Identify training and development needs, including leadership development, and design programs accordingly.
  • Support performance management processes to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills ( Arabic & English) .
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
