Key Responsibilities:

 

Solution Design:

Architect CRM solutions, particularly leveraging SAP C4C, to meet project requirements and performance objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems.

 

Integration:

Oversee the seamless integration of CRM and eCommerce systems, ensuring they work together efficiently.

 

Data & Analytics:

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Databox, and Sprinklr to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making within the CRM platform.

Leverage data analytics to enhance customer engagement and optimize business processes.

 

Chatbots Integration:

Work closely with chatbot developers to integrate AI-powered chatbots into the CRM system, enhancing customer interactions.

 

Security and Compliance:

Implement robust security measures to safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of CRM solutions, identifying areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and marketers to ensure seamless solution implementation.s

Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for solution architecture and design.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in CRM projects.

Strong knowledge of SAP C4C.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Databox, and Sprinklr.

Familiarity with chatbot integration and data analytics.

Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant industry experience
