Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.

- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Create and maintain training materials and resources.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve team performance.

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for training and mentoring others.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
