Ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice in all plans and decisions to be made.
Manage commercial activities to ensure the company reaches the sales targets and financial objectives.
Participate in bids and contract negotiations to acquire significant new businesses as well as drive the teams to win collaborative projects and program with external parties.
Lead the decision-making process to ensure that they carried out properly concerning service and market strategy, business development, etc.
Extensively analyze complex multi-dimensional issues and significantly improve changes or adapt existing methods and techniques.
Build, develop, and maintain effective client relations at a senior level and work closely with existing and future customers to meet their requirements.
Develop and manage the members of the country leadership team; keep them motivated, empower them to be accountable for their responsibilities and coordinate their efforts.
Lead and manage a team; determines team structure, roles, performance targets in co-operation with the Management Team and functional leaders.
Ensure full compliance with company standards and procedures through working hand in hand with all Management Team members showing the progress of plans, projects, and tasks.
