We are seeking to hire a professional Cost Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing cost management strategies and analyzing financial data to ensure the company’s financial objectives are met.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of cost reports.

Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs and improve efficiency.

Analyze costs and make recommendations to management based on financial data.

Prepare periodic reports on costs and financial performance.

Collaborate with various departments to identify and analyze cost drivers.

Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with experience in cost management.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting programs.

Effective leadership and communication skills.
