Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cost Controller at Tetra Tech Co Ltd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Cost Controller will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to cost control, cost accounting, financial analysis, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial principles
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in cost control, cost accounting, or a similar financial management role.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Certification in cost management or accounting (e.g., CMA, CPA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze project costs, ensuring they stay within budget.
• Prepare and manage cost forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate cost trends and variances, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and maintain cost control procedures and systems.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the management team.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improve overall cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
