Description:
1. Budget Preparation and Monitoring:
a. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets for the company.
b. Monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts on a regular basis.
c. Identify and investigate significant variances and take corrective actions as necessary.
2. Cost Analysis and Reporting:
a. Analyze cost data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
b. Prepare periodic cost reports for management review, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
c. Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
3. Cost Estimation for Projects:
a. Work closely with the construction department to estimate project costs accurately.
b. Factor in material costs, labor expenses, equipment rentals, subcontractor fees, and overhead costs.
Daily and monthly tasks:
1. Record and classify all costs into 4 categories and subcategories as per budget.
2. Classify all POs into 4 categories and subcategories:
a. Manpower: all expenses related to manpower such as housing furniture or expenses.
b. Material: (Row material – consumables - spare parts – production).
c. Subcontractor: (Installation – Fabrication – Service)
d. Equipment and tools.
