Description:
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality-related activities, including inspections, audits, and non-conformance reports.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights on quality performance, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven experience with both quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
