Corporate Quality Assurance Manager

 

Description:

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality-related activities, including inspections, audits, and non-conformance reports.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights on quality performance, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven experience with both quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) in large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
