This roles will suit someone with:

• Minimum of 4-5 years' PQE
• Prior experience gained within a corporate transactional role i.e. M&A, joint ventures, private equity etc.
• Prior experience gained with another international or recognised law firm
• A keen interest and passion for developing your career in Saudi Arabia
