Role/Department

Under general supervision, provides support to the TNTCoSA board of directors and RHQ management, legal, compliance, risk and executive officers related matters. Support business unit on an ongoing basis and on certain projects.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible of ensuring that board of directors and board committee meetings of the company are properly called, held.
  • Responsible for maintaining the document indexing and imaging process for the board, board and management committee minutes, agendas and support materials.
  • Maintain the board and board and management committees files, documents, and safekeeping.
  • Maintain and track the legal certificates of the company’s.
  • Create formal documents related to governance, board & board and management committees matters.
  • Assist with special projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the company and works on learning project management skills.
  • Support different units with related matters to governance, board and board and management committees.
  • Ensure all regulatory deliverables, internal polices and governance reports are submitted on time and reviewed on quarterly/annually basis.
     

The Candidate Will Benefit From Having

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, strong writing ability and ability to pay attention to detail.

Can work effect.ively as a team member and independently.

Familiarity with legal terminology of laws and regulations regarding the board and corporate governance, all usually acquired through formal education or experience, are required for the above duties.

Skills And Qualifications

Candidate must have a bachelor degree in law, finance, accounting or administration or their equivalent and relevant practical experience.
