Major Responsibilities
- Manages and performs contract formation (procurement) and administration tasks for assigned contracts and related agreements.
- Prepares documents, recommends, and supports the customer’s nominated representative in obtaining approvals in accordance with established customer procedures and delegated authority levels.
- Responsible for the implementation of contract & commercial management procedures for the administration of assigned contracts.
- Working with the other Project Team members to ensure that Bechtel and customer related actions or inactions which could result in contract changes or claims are identified and to provide recommendations accordingly.

Education And Experience Requirements
- Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years’ experience in Commercial or Contracts Management.
- Experience in Middle East/Saudi Arabia within a PMC delivery environment.
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Thorough knowledge in the formation and administration of contracts on major infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge of contract management and negotiations gained through education or experience.
- Knowledge of when to engage legal counsel.
- Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, applicable government and commercial regulations and practices.
- Skill in working and communicating effectively in English (both orally and in writing) with the customer, contractors and other project functional groups.
