Contact Center Manager

 

Description:

Contact centre managers monitor the staff's performance and efficiency and strategize techniques to increase productivity and customer relations. They also provide regular coaching to identify the team members' strengths and weaknesses and to customize individual plans to reach goals and objectives.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a supervisor / specialist / senior is required and minimum 5years of relevant industry experience is must. Proven experience in Contact Centre Manager roles and Bachelor’s / Master's degree in relevant field.
