Career Management Consultants and Training (CMCT) is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Specialized in Tourism Strategy Development to support a strategic project with a government entity in the United Arab Emirates.
Contract Type: 6-month hybrid contract (remote & on-site as needed)
Key Requirements:
🌐 Proven experience in developing national and regional tourism strategies
🌐 International and regional experience in designing marketing strategies in the tourism and travel sector
🌐 Expertise in future foresight and scenario planning specific to tourism and travel
🌐 Deep understanding of tourism trends, digital transformation, and sustainability
🌐 Ability to design action plans aligned with strategic visions
🌐 Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
