Description:
Main duties:
- To provide inpatient care for Neurology patients admitted to the hospital.
- To provide care to Neurology patients in ambulatory care facility.
- To provide Neurology consultations services to other divisions within the Medicine Department and the division of Neurology.
- To provide diagnostic and/or therapeutic interventions in patients with neurological disorders.
- To participate in interpreting and reporting neurological procedures.
- To participate in on call coverage.
Requirements:
The employer is looking for Consultants who have any of the following specialist qualifications with a minimum 3-4 years of experience post-qualification:
- US Board/ FRCS - Irish, CCT/CCST from the UK, Canadian, New Zealand or Australian Specialist Diploma/ Diplome d'Etudes Specialises (DES)/CIS French Board / Facharzt & Sub- Board/ Fellowship
- PHD in Neurophysiology
