Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the construction of a state-of-the-art warehousing and logistics center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the execution of a critical project that will enhance the region’s logistics and handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget

- Develop detailed project schedules and manage timelines, resources, and budgets

- Oversee and manage all onsite and offsite construction activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
