• 5+ years of experience in marketing, go-to-market strategies, and community development, preferably within a high-growth online communities, metaverse products, or other online membership organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A deep understanding of online social engagement platforms/communities, metaverse and/or web3 communities, plus digital marketing and community-building experience.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
• Solid experience in brand storytelling, content, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficient in analyzing viral and retention loops with a metrics-driven approach to iterations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
