Club Manager

Description:

Main Responsibilities

·       Design, install and configure EUC (End-user Computing) products projects and POCs (VMware Workspace One, VMware Horizon suite)

·       Conduct periodical patching and upgrades for products related to EUC

·       Support customers with Workspace One related technical issues.

·       Handle and follow up with tickets related to Workspace One raised with vendors

·       Raise detailed reports to team leaders following a project or support task.

·       Deliver proper products documentation (design documents, presentations, scope of work)

·       Conduct EUC products presentations and knowledge transfer sessions to customers.

·       Achieve related products certifications and training courses.

·       Deliver additional VMware products if requested (VMware vSphere, vSAN,..)

Qualifications

·       DEGREE: bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineer or any related field

·       Minimum 4 years of experience in VMware Workspace One

·       Experience in VMware vSphere and virtual machine deployment and management

·       Experience in other VMware products is an advantage.

·      Experience in Microsoft Hyper-V, SQL and Windows Server is an advantage.
