Key Responsibilities:
 

• Deploy, manage, and maintain the Cloudera platform.
• Manage and support Hadoop clusters in production and development environments.
• Monitor cluster performance and troubleshoot any issues related to Hadoop.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Ensure the high availability of the Cloudera environment.
• Handle backup and recovery tasks for Hadoop data.
• Collaborate with the data science and engineering teams to support their big data processing needs.
• Manage security, permissions, and user access on the cluster.
• Provide performance tuning for the Hadoop platform.
   

Key Requirements:
 

• **Experience:** 5+ years as a Cloudera Admin with hands-on experience in Hadoop, HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase, Spark, and other relevant tools.
• Expertise in cluster management and tuning for optimal performance.
• Strong knowledge of data security and governance.
• Familiarity with high-availability configurations, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation.
