Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Analysis:

  • Conduct meetings with clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.

Client Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.

Documentation and Manual Creation:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals, guides, and other documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for end-users.
  • Continuously update documentation to reflect changes in the product and user feedback.

Product Testing:

  • Participate in product testing phases to identify and document bugs and issues.
  • Provide feedback to the development team from a user's perspective.
  • Assist in verifying that product changes meet business requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, client support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in creating detailed documentation and user manuals.
