Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Analysis:
- Conduct meetings with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
Documentation and Manual Creation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals, guides, and other documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for end-users.
- Continuously update documentation to reflect changes in the product and user feedback.
Product Testing:
- Participate in product testing phases to identify and document bugs and issues.
- Provide feedback to the development team from a user's perspective.
- Assist in verifying that product changes meet business requirements and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, client support, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in creating detailed documentation and user manuals.
