Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments and phone calls.
  • Introduce clients to new services, promotions, and offers.
  • Orient new clients to the clinic's offerings.
  • Conduct tours for new clients, showcasing treatment rooms.
  • Explain pricing for initial services.
  • Confirm bookings and follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
  • Promote and upsell new services and products.
  • Present promotions, offers, and package options.
  • Actively engage in sales of packages, memberships, vouchers, and products.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Initiative, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Competence in reading and understanding written materials.
  • Report generation skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
