Coach and Partner with Business/Functional Heads and People Managers to deliver right employee experience by incorporating best practices.
Design and drive local HR initiatives and policies that support the regional strategies focused on Employee Engagement and Retention.
Be the Key Point of Contact and manage employee relations and policy adherence.
Drive Performancc anon KSA organization on a macro level such as induction & onboarding, compensation & benefits and exit management.
Collaborate with CoE (e.g; Talent Acquisition, Payroll, L&D) to ensure smooth functioning of business.
