Responsibilities

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.

• Improve quality, efficiency, productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.

• Attract, recruit, and retain required members of the executive team and lead a high-performance management team.

• Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and work closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

• Coach and develop the team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics.

• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.

• Oversee operations and business development for growth targets.

• Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare

detailed updates and forecasts.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• MBA strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of executive management experience.

• In-depth understanding of the industry, including risk management, compliance, and local regulatory requirements.

• Understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting and capital planning management.

• Demonstrated strategic leadership skills.
