Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies with a primary focus on through investement rounds (Seed, Series A, Series B ...etc).

- Lead efforts to secure investments to support our growth.

- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team.

- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, and treasury functions.

- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, with a strong emphasis on fundraising.

- Foster investor relations and attract strategic partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications a plus.

- Proven CFO or senior financial role experience in startups with a successful fundraising track record.
