Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of executive leadership, strategic planning, innovation, financial management, operations and organization management
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entertainment industry, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and challenges
- Ability to drive organizational growth, profitability, and operational excellence
