Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships. Make strong and lasting connections with customers by consistently engaging with them and earning their trust.
  • Increase Sales. Understand what customers need and sell them the right solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively finding new opportunities.
  • Help and Support Customers. Solve problems customers have with our products by providing technical support.
  • Stay Informed. Keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry so you can give customers the best advice.
  • Learn and Share Knowledge. Always improve your understanding of our products and industry. Be a helpful resource for both customers and team members.
  • Keep Management Informed. Regularly update the management on customer responses and feedback, market trends, and what competitors are doing. This helps the company make good decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in relevant industries.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Metal Treatment Chemicals, accompanied by a robust professional network within the industry.
  • Proven track record of 5-10 years working collaboratively with distributors.
  • Possession of a sales-oriented mindset coupled with robust negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
