•OTB Planning
•Responsible for making store level OTB
•Responsible for creating Division wise OTB

Responsibilities Overview:
•Responsible for doing detailed store wise, division wise, size wise sales, ASP, GP, MD, analysis during the season and accordingly sharing the inferences of product performance.
•Responsible for doing data analysis to track and plan division level business growth.
•Responsible for creating season assortment capturing product pricing, store level grading, article level grading, product entry and exit plan.
•Responsible for creating buy order at store level every season and on time order submission.
•Responsible for creating shipment tracker and tracking the import shipment/warehouse inward and ensuring the stock allocation happens on time as per the buy plan.
•Responsible to create Marketing and VM calendar for the season and sharing with concerned stake holders and ensuring the product is made available at stores accordingly.
•Ensuring the VM planogram is planned and shared with VM team towards the season onset and ensuring the same is executed on monthly level basis product inward.
•Ensuring the Marketing and VM assets are made available before the season starts.
•Responsible for creating product technical sheet/training module and doing the technical training for the trainers to empower power sales at the store.
•Responsible for planning liquidation plan for ageing inventory older than 180days.
•Responsible for conducting the weekly product sales review with sales team to drive product sales.
