Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough 'As-Is' analysis of current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential improvements.

Develop 'To-Be' process models that align with strategic and operational objectives.

Design and implement effective policies and procedures to support new business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of redesigned processes.

Lead ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years in business process re-engineering, preferably in the contracting or construction industry.

Proven ability in As-Is analyses, To-Be modeling, and creating policies and procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, delivering practical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications like PMP, Six Sigma are advantageous.
