Requirements

• Available immediately
• Contract Positions (3-6 months) with fulltime opportunities available
• Previous management consulting background preferred.
• Rolled out organization wide policies & procedures across all departments
• 4-10 years’ experience in management consulting (with focus on process & policy development and management)
• Well versed in enterprise architecture and process documentation
• Understanding of frameworks used to develop processes and policies
• Deep understanding and experience in developing corporate wide policies
• Deep experience in process mapping and re-engineering
• Experienced especially in developing processes and policies for support functions
• Can take a function and create policies as well as level 1-3 processes and detailed procedures
• Well versed in benchmarking processes and policies and working with stakeholders to approve P&P documentation
• Well versed in Aris and Visio is preferred
• Ability to facilitate client sessions and interact with higher management levels
