Responsibilities:
- Secure a selling target above 15 MILLION to contribute to the company's financial objectives.
- Salary is based on the target delivered, consisting of a basic salary and commission.
- Utilize high-level connections with big companies and high-profile individuals for impactful business deals.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Leverage your experience in the event industry to enhance business development efforts.
- Possess a valid driving license for business-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving set targets.
- Strong network and connections within the event management industry and with relevant stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the event industry is mandatory.
- High influence and connections with big companies and high-profile individuals are a significant plus.
