Business Development Manager

Description:

1. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts in Saudi Arabia/ UAE market for new and second-hand construction machinery, including equipment and spare parts.

2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction machinery industry. Target potential customers and ensure repeat business by providing excellent customer service.

3. Market Expansion: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both established and new regions across the Middle East.

4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive prospecting and building long-term customer relationships.

5. Negotiation: Handle the full sales process, including negotiation, pricing, and closing deals. Work closely with other internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.

6. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in construction machinery, second-hand machinery, and spare parts.

• 7. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback on potential threats and opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales within the construction machinery industry, with a strong emphasis on second-hand machinery, new machines, and spare parts.

2. Local Network: A strong network of clients and key stakeholders within the construction machinery industry in Saudi Arabia or the UAE is highly preferred.

3. Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to open new accounts, develop business, and maintain long-term relationships.

4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

5. Educational Background: A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

6. Customer-focused: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.

7. Results-driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
