Description:
As a **Business Development Manager**, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in GCC cosmetics and the beauty industry will be key to our success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the cosmetics industry, with a strong understanding of GCC cosmetics.
- In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
