About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by securing new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving strategic objectives. This role is based in Riyadh, focusing on the local market to expand our footprint and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify potential clients and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering trust.
Business Growth & Target Achievement:
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual business development targets.
• Successfully onboard new clients and secure project agreements.
• Regularly track progress and report on achievements to senior management.
Market Research & Strategic Planning:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Develop strategic plans to position Saudi Green Events as a leader in the Riyadh events market.
• Customize business strategies to align with client demands and local market conditions.
Collaboration & Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
• Ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
• Saudi National Only.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the events, construction, or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development goals.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Analytical thinking to identify market trends and craft tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, tendering platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
