Job Description:

 

As a Business Development Manager at Al-menu Company, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and outstanding customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our restaurant business clients, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant industry, leveraging your strong network and industry knowledge.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide consultative sales support to restaurant clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and proposing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in the CRM system, tracking key metrics and forecasting to achieve sales targets.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance sales processes and strategies, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and cultivate relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a drive to help clients succeed.
