Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the educational technology landscape in Saudi Arabia. Identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth and development.

2. Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales, revenue, and market share in alignment with company goals.

3. Client Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and establish new business relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, and other potential clients. Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into loyal customers.

4. Product Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our educational technology solutions to key stakeholders.

5. Partnership Development: Collaborate with relevant organizations, educational associations, and industry partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance market reach and brand visibility.

6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

7. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by monitoring performance indicators, analyzing sales data and implementing effective sales strategies.

8. Events and Exhibitions: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and establish thought leadership within the educational technology sector.

9. Market Insights: Provide regular updates to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Requirements:

§ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

§ Saudi.

§ Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

§ Proven experience (3-5 YEARS) as a Business Development Manager or relevant sales position in the educational technology industry.

§ Solid knowledge of the Saudi Arabian education sector and familiarity with local regulations.

§ Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing business opportunities.

§ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.

§ Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.

§ Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
