What you will do:
Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell the organization's products within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers. Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting on problem or key markets. May have special markets/complex product lines assigned that require significant client relationship skills. A seasoned sales professional with extensive product and market knowledge.

  • Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography.
  • Independently prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
  • May participate in special projects/programs as assigned, such as training or communications sessions within or outside of the company.
  • Development of Kingdom of Saudi Arabian market for Chubbsafes and Gunnebo Products, growing turnover, margin and EBIT.
  • Appoint and Develop Channel Partners.
  • Develop Key Accounts Customer relations with the focus on promoting projects.
  • Train and develop skillsets of channel partners.
  • Develop an up-to-date market driven product portfolio/offer.
  • Customer relationship management

Who we are looking for:
Experience:

  • Candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in a business development/sales/marketing role
  • Candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic, both written and oral. Any other language will be an advantage
  • A proven track record of selling high value capital equipment to blue chip Customers, Channel Partners as well as System Integrators
  • Candidate should have a good understanding of business awareness and acumen
  • Effective Project management skills
  • Structured selling skillset
  • Excellent knowledge of Security Products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills

Knowledge / Education:

  • Academic Qualification
  • 5-10 years of experience in a business development/sales/marketing role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are required – Any additional language skills will be an advantage
