Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients & develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  Job Requirements:

• Applicant should be accommodated in KSA and has the nationality
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development field
• Working in a Recruitment Agency/ HR Consultancy is a plus
• Excellent English & Arabic verbal & written skills.
