Business Design Modeling Architect

 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design & implement business architecture models using BiZZdesign tools
✅ Develop capability maps, value streams, and operating models to support decision-making
✅ Conduct business process modeling (BPMN), enterprise architecture (TOGAF), and data flow analysis
✅ Bridge the gap between business & IT stakeholders to align strategy and execution
✅ Utilize BiZZdesign for impact analysis, scenario planning, and portfolio management
✅ Define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints across business, information, application, and technology layers
✅ Support digital transformation initiatives and enhance business-IT alignment
✅ Establish governance models, best practices, and methodologies for business architecture
✅ Provide training & guidance on using BiZZdesign for strategic decision-making
✅ Stay updated on emerging trends, frameworks, and methodologies in business architecture
📌 Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Architecture, Information Systems, or related field
✔️ 7+ years in business architecture, enterprise modeling, or IT strategy
✔️ Proficiency in BiZZdesign Enterprise Studio & frameworks like TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN
✔️ Strong experience in business process modeling, capability mapping & value stream analysis
✔️ Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes & digital transformation
✔️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience integrating BiZZdesign with tools like ServiceNow, LeanIX, or ERP systems (a plus!)
✔️ Certifications in BiZZdesign, TOGAF, or ArchiMate (highly desirable)

🔹 Large-scale business transformation projects
🔹 Knowledge of cloud architecture, cybersecurity & enterprise governance
🔹 Familiarity with Agile methodologies & enterprise risk management
