Description:
As a Business Architect, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize business solutions while ensuring that they meet the organization's strategic goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and challenges.
2. Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
3. Identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation.
4. Design end-to-end business solutions that leverage technology to address business needs.
5. Develop business architecture models, including business capability maps, process diagrams, and data flows.
6. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solution designs.
7. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
8. Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the solution implementation process.
9. Conduct business impact assessments and risk analysis for proposed solutions.
10. Monitor and evaluate solution performance, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience (5 years) in business analysis, process engineering, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of business processes, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques.
5. Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve business challenges.
8. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
9. Familiarity with Agile and iterative development methodologies.
10. Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
